Marketing by Public Speaking- Steps to Getting Started

By Cristina Favreau Speaking is selling. It’ an effective marketing strategy because it showcases your knowledge and expertise to many people at once. People will remember you and will think you’re successful. It gives you higher visibility and credibility which will increase over time. But you already know that. Now you want more. You want to know HOW to get started. It’ actually quite easy to promote your service-based business by public speaking. To help get you started, I’ll share with you the steps I took that got me started public speaking and giving presentations. It all started with an article. Step 1: October 2006. I wrote an article entitled “How to Get Unstuck and Regain Momentum.” It appeared in that month’ newsletter, on my blog and was submitted to online article sites. Step 2: November 3, 2006. The readers’ response was so great; I decided to continue the discussion, a very casual one, using Skype. Around 6 people joined the call. Step 3: November 5, 2006. I was surprised with how interactive the ‘call’ went. Most everyone joined the conversation. I asked questions and those present shared their insights then asked their own questions — I hardly did any talking. Following that session, I posted a review of the call on my blog “Marketing momentum discussion continued.” Step 4: About the same time, a call went out to members of a networking group, asking for volunteers to speak at their upcoming virtual summit. I didn’t have a presentation nor any material prepared, but I knew I had to jump on the opportunity. My heart in my throat, I replied, offering to give a presentation on regaining momentum. My offer was accepted. Step 5: For the next month and a half, using my article, Skypecast notes, blog comments and additional research, I worked my butt off writing a presentation description, bio, the actual presentation and PowerPoint slides. Step 6: January 12, 2007. I nervously gave my first presentation “Regaining Loss of Momentum” in a virtual room and it was a success. That’ when things really took off. That single presentation led to invitations to give the same presentation to their groups. To date, this is the most requested speaking topic. It also increased my confidence, so I was more willing to volunteer. I had a similar experience with my blog post entitled “How to create a compelling 30-second pitch.” Not only do I offer this as a workshop topic, I’ve turned the content into an information product — a guidebook called “Designing a compelling 30-second intro” — that I give away when signing up for my newsletter. In the short time I’ve been speaking, I’ve given numerous presentations for virtual events, been interviewed on the radio and via Podcast, participated in radio round table discussions, appeared as a guest host for online networking meets, hosted group discussions and given teleclasses. Despite my maternity hiatus, I still receive speaking invitations. My goal is to start Podcasting this year, and I may team up with 2 entrepreneurs to do a weekly internet radio show. The steps outlined above are simple strategies I used to get started. There are many other speaking opportunities available to you. And if you’re willing to speak for free, you’ll find more than you know what to do with. You may want to expand and improvise on my suggestions for your own business. The point is, just get out there and start speaking. The first few times are the most difficult, but you’ll find the more you use public speaking to raise awareness about your business, the more comfortable you’ll be doing it. You may even find that you like it. Copyright. Cristina Favreau. All rights reserved. Internet Dating Mistakes: 3 Common Mistakes That Sabotage Your Chances Of Finding A Date

By L. Hodo Internet dating is just like traditional dating in a sense that you can mess things up pretty quickly if you are not careful. Everyone knows that lying is the biggest internet dating mistake you can make. We all tend to stretch the truth a bit and on occasion have been known to tell a little white lie. Right? Lying about not wanting to go out on a date because you are tired is one thing. However, lying about ones personal matters is off limits and a total turn-off. In the internet dating world, peoples tendency to place too much emphasis on physical attraction is surely the reason a lot of people get caught up in a lie. With that being said, if you do not want to fail at Internet dating avoid these three common Internet dating mistakes. Dating Mistake #1 Lying about your current or past relationship status is a common occurrence. For some reason unbeknownst to me, people have a tendency to get greedy, have their cake and ice cream too. This is especially true for men who are looking to sew their wild oats before getting married or just looking to test their manhood. Therefore, ladies beware. Dating Mistake #2 Lying about ones physical appearance is just as common as being untruthful about a relationship status. Advances in technology make it very easy and simple for someone to alter their looks. Some people take extreme measures such as posting a picture of someone else. While others will just post outdated photos of how they looked several years ago, before nature set in. Dating Mistake #3 You are truthful and reveal personal information, before you really get to know someone. If you give out inappropriate information too soon you will surely attract stalkers and con-artist. Before giving out any true information ask yourself if the other person truly needs the info they are requesting at this point in the relationship. If a request for your private info seems out of place it probably is. Now that you know the three most popular Internet dating mistakes, you must act now. Do not commit any of these acts yourself and be on the lookout for others who do L. Homemade Cookies and Their T’s

By Trinh Lieu Before you say that there is not a single T in homemade cookies, Id better tell you that the Ts stand for types and texture. They are the two prominent features in our favorite sweet. One often can not be without the other. We classify cookies based on how we get them ready for the oven. 1. Drop Cookies - If you have ever made chocolate chip, peanut butter, or oatmeal cookies, you undoubtedly use the dropping method. Any kitchen utensils such as tablespoons or ice cream scoops can be used to portion the dough. The trick is to make these portions relatively equal in size so that they bake uniformly. A variation of this technique is rolling cookie dough into balls. Drop cookies tend to have a soft and chewy texture. 2. Icebox or Refrigerated Cookies - I suspect that this type of cookies was invented when someone who did not have time to bake right after preparing the dough. Instead, she shaped it into logs or rectangles and refrigerated it. When she had time later, she sliced the chilled dough into individual pieces and baked them as needed. Many elegant homemade cookies such as pinwheel and checkerboard are of this type. It allows a busy home baker an opportunity to show off her creativity. These cookies usually have a crisp texture. 3. Cut-Out or Rolled Cookies - Dough for this type of cookies needs to be firm. To minimize scrap, start cutting cookies from the edge of the dough, working inward as close to one another as possible. Scrap can be re-rolled but tends to yield tough cookies. Cut-out cookies are often baked on parchment lined or ungreased cookie sheets to keep the dough from spreading and loosing its shape. An alternative is to hand-shaped the dough into spheres, crescents, or other traditional shapes. 4. Bar or Sheet Cookies - It takes almost no time at all to transfer cookie dough from a mixing bowl to a baking pan. This is the best method for a busy cookie lover. 5. Pressed or Spritz or Bagged Cookies - The right flour and proper proportion of ingredients are prerequisite for success in baking this type of cookies. The dough should be soft enough so that it can be easily forced through a pastry tip or cookie press. Using eggs as the only liquid will help cookies retain their small, distinct and decorated shape. 6. Wafer Cookies - Being extremely thin and delicate is a distinguishing trait of these cookies. They are made from a batter that you pour or spread directly onto a baking sheet. The cookies need to be molded immediately into shapes after coming out of the oven. Generally, cookie dough with a relatively high proportion of fat, granulated sugar, and eggs would promote spreading and chewiness. High fat and sugar but low in eggs (liquid) tend to result in crispness. The opposite condition will add softness to your homemade cookies. Reference SARAH R. How To Find The Right Man To Share Your Life With

By Larry Danks These are the things women should know to look for, to know whether they’ve found the right man. A man’s perspective can help: Honesty and Truthfulness This should be at the top of the list. If a man doesn’t have this, the rest of it doesn’t matter much. Love can’t survive without trust. You need someone who you can rely on always to tell you the truth. Otherwise how do you know when it is the truth and when it isn’t? This is the foundation that relationships are built on. By the same token, you should be invariably honest with the man you have the interest in. He deserves the same degree of assurance that you want. Openness For the reasons just mentioned, and also to determine the quality of communication youre going to have in the relationship, openness is something you need to look for. You shouldnt have to pull things out of a man. There would very likely be other things there that you werent successful in pulling out. If you feel youre getting frequent resistance to efforts to learn what youd like to know about someone, find someone else you can get on the same wave length with. The ability to communicate well and easily, is elemental to a successful relationship. If the communication doesn’t flow easily, he’s probably not the one for you. General Atmosphere When you are together do you genuinely enjoy each other’s company and have fun together? Can you spend a lot of time together — effortlessly? Does it all seem very natural? This is the way things should be. If you are on edge and uncomfortable most of the time, something is making you that way. A little bit of nervousness and trying to get a sense of each other early on is not unusual, but with time you should be more relaxed with the whole thing. If you aren’t, try to identify why and talk about it. If it can’t be resolved, you probably haven’t found the right man yet. Any type of aggressive behavior, including someone’s being blantantly sexual early on when you aren’t in agreement, someone who is rude to you, or to others, or someone who is restrictive and controlling: “I don’t want you doing that”, is good cause not to keep seeing someone any more, particularly after you have made it clear that you didn’t like it. Interests, Attitudes and Aspirations Explore his interests and what he is looking for. Try to see if you seem to be on the same page not only on interests, but about general attitudes and the future. You need not agree on everything. What youre looking for are deal breakers, e.g., youre looking for someone to spend a substantial amount of time with and he tells you he plays golf everyday. You want to spend more time traveling. He doesnt like to travel at all. Hes a bigot and you take people how you find them and treat them equally, irrespective of race, religion or ethnic background. Commitment and Companionship Does his commitment seem real and deep? How is he as a companion? Do you have fun together and really enjoy each other’s company, even when you are not “doing anything”? Love alone is not enough. A relationship has got to work too. A study indicated that commitment to one another and companionship were the two most important characteristics found in lasting relationships. Consideration and Kindness Notice whether he seems to be trying to please you or himself. Look for kindness. When the opportunities present themselves, watch how he treats or refers to others: his former spouse(s), your children and family, his family members, store clerks, waiters and waitresses and others he encounters. If he treats, or talks about them, like dirt, somewhere down the line when the heat dies down, you will be likely to get the same treatment. Avoid trouble. Leave now. You want what you see is what you get, not an actor playing a role. Recognizing Your True Love John Gray in his best selling book Mars and Venus On A Date indicates that there are five stages of dating: -Attraction -Uncertainty -Exclusivity -Intimacy -Engagement Dr. Gray, the author of many other best selling books on relationships, emphasizes the importance of passing through all five dating stages, and not skipping any. He says that by moving through them properly you will just know when someone seems right for you, and also just know when they arent. He provides detailed information on how each dating stage should work and identifies the difference between men and women and how they function in relationships. He defines a soulmate as someone who has the unique ability to bring out the best in us. We are not just physically turned on to them; our soul gets turned on as well. We have often heard that there needs to be chemistry between two people if they are going to move forward and become soulmates. Dr. Gray says that there is not just one kind of chemistry that needs to be present with dating partners, but four: -Physical chemistry (Generates desire) -Emotional chemistry (Generates affection) -Mental chemistry (Generates interest) -Spiritual chemistry (Creates love) These are useful guides to keep in mind as you are dating new men and work toward determining if a man is the one for you. Your Home and His A home is a great reflection of a woman whether it is her house, condo, apartment or mobile home. It shows her interests, her taste and her housekeeping, property maintenance, homemaking skills and general neatness, whether she does it herself or pays someone else to. A cluttered and less than clean home can be a real turnoff. A disorderly and crummy car interior is a similar reflection. Make sure your home and your car are neat and immaculately clean. Do not let them turn somebody off. A man would reason that if a woman has an interest in him and is trying to create a pleasant experience for him, and that this is the best her home can look now, it isnt going to look any better if theyre together in it later. I’m not talking about the size or style of a home here. Anyone with a modest home up to a mansion can keep it neat and clean. This works the other way too. If a guy’s home is sloppy and unclean, he may very well not be the one whos going to do his part in keeping your shared residence the way you would want to. You don’t want to spend half your time picking up after someone else and cleaning up their messes. Such behavior shows lack of consideration for a mate, as well as being generally annoying, and a source for future contention. Your home is a reflection of you. Making it as inviting as possible is very desirable to a man. It gives him an idea of what home would be like with you. Whether it is cute and country, sophisticated or rustic, let it reflect the best of you. Broadening Your Dating Parameters? If you have been looking for a while and havent found the love you want, you might want to broaden your sights a bit. In the process of writing this, I re-examined two locations I used a few years ago. I recognized a number of the same women. While there could be several explanations for that, I suspect that at least some of them might be because they still havent found anyone yet. This shouldnt be a career effort. Do the job right, find the man you want and get on with your happiness and your life. While the very number of people available can be somewhat exciting and stimulating for a while, after a while it can get old, so work hard at finding what you want as soon as you reasonably can, then move on with better living. On the point of being at it too long, one should ask if it is better to continue being too selective or being lonely. It might be time to re-think things up a bit and consider making some changes in your “requirements”. I have heard women comment about other women friends they know saying that they havent found anybody yet because theyre too picky. The end result can mean either being permanently lonely or finding satisfaction in a more solitary life. Some women may be unrealistic in their aspirations. Others may not be properly assessing the kind of man who could make them happy. A number of ads I saw stressed the importance of how good looking or tall the man had to be. Everybody has his/her own range of acceptability and thats understandable, but is someones drop dead gorgeous appearance or height more important than his character and how he treats his partner? To read some of the emphatic requirements of some women in this regard, youd think so. Focus on what is real and lasting, not something transitory. Financially secure is another often cited characteristic. All things being equal, it is certainly far preferable to have a love who is. If you are getting a good number of responses with this qualification in there, then it clearly isnt limiting you very much and you should keep it as a goal. There are a number of good men who might make loving partners who arent in that situation, but could make you very happy nonetheless. The problem is that a number of divorced men who are still paying alimony and child support may be the same decent people they always were, but their income has been substantially reduced by the need to make such payments. Naturally, you do not want to start a relationship with a deadbeat and a taker. Women with resources additionally need to be careful of scammers who prey on women. Protect your resources. You need them for your security and independence. What Im suggesting is that if you know a man is doing the best he can financially to make a contribution to the relationship, and is contributing to it in other ways, you might find a man you love and who really loves you, who you might be ruling out otherwise. Naturally, a woman should make whatever choice with respect to financial stability she feels is in her overall, long term best interest. The Right Man Will Be Patient Any gentleman who has a sincere interest in you will take the time to get to know you better and be respectful of your heart in the meantime, regardless of the cause of your hurt. Hell also want you to heal, and will help you to do it, by talking things out with you when you want to. Naturally, the time frame has to be kept within reason. He wants to live too and doesn’t want to put things on hold indefinitely. In the end, if he is the right one, it may make you love him all the more because he was kind and considerate to you when you really needed it. You will probably have the opportunity to return the favor somewhere down the road. Be there for each other. What Moves You?

By Mark E. Baker We recently had an earthquake in our area and many people felt it, and or saw the results of it. We live in a natural world where our senses tell us what is real. We are moved by what we see, feel, hear, taste, and smell. Our five physical senses tell us what we perceive in our natural world. However in the realm of the spirit it is just the opposite, physical senses do not and can not tell us of the realities of God, in fact just the opposite is true. ICo.214. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. The natural man it is talking about here is the outer man or this man of flesh that is dominated and led by the senses. The inner man it is talking about is our spirit, this is the part of man that gets born again and communicates with God. Hebrews 412 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. We are spiritual beings, we have a soul, and we live in a body. Many have this turned around and it causes all kinds of problems, for as we just read, spiritual things are spiritually discerned. However, in order to hear Gods Word we have to listen to our spirit or inner man, and we have to learn what Gods Word says, especially when it applies to a specific subject we are praying about. How can we hear His voice if we have never taken the time to learn of Him and receive revelation of His written Holy Word We can get deceived, for there are many voices out there, the devil can quote the Bible and misrepresent it. You must learn and come to understand what Gods Word is saying, this is and can only be spiritually discerned. Proverbs 420 My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. 21. Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; 22. For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh. 23. Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life. Lets take a look at what Solomon was saying in these verses in Proverbs. First of all we are to give attention to Gods Word. One translation says; pay attention to what I am telling you, listen carefully to my words; another translations say, Listen, son of mine, to what I say. Listen carefully. In other words we must put some effort into hearing what Gods Word is saying. Secondly when we have found the promises of God, we must keep them ever before our eyes, not looking to the right or left but straight on at the Word of God, and keep them in the midst of your heart. This is not talking about our physical heart, this is talking about our spirit. We must keep Gods Word in the midst of our heart, or another way of saying this is, in the midst of our spirit. The Word goes on to tell us what will happen when we do this. For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh. The they, this is talking about are the words of God. They are life. They are health. You cant find them if youve never put them before your eyes can you If youve never put the Word of God before your eyes you will never find them. You have to do this, God will not do it for you. Spiritual things dont just happen automatically any more than physical things happen automatically, they take work and effort, but the rewards are life and health. This is talking about spiritual life, but this spiritual life will influence and affect your physical life and cause your body to walk in divine health. The last part of this is an admonishment or encouragement to continue in it, - Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life. Here again it is talking about your spirit. It must be very important to keep, if the very issues of life are in it. These are instructions from God the Father to His children on how to succeed. It will not happen automatically, we have to follow His instructions. However, when we do as He has instructed us, there are very great rewards. John 157 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. You see it is not just a matter of praying whatever, we have to pray according to the Word of God. His words must abide in us! If you are abiding in Him and His words are abiding in you, you are going to pray according to the Word of God, and you will get results. Jesus Himself said this, He said it shall be done for you, He didnt say that it was just possible. He said it shall be done for you. Not maybe if God is in the mood, no bless God, it shall be done for you! You must come to the point where His words are abiding in you and when that happens, you start seeing yourself physically healthy, you start seeing yourself as financially prosperous, you start seeing yourself as blessed, instead of cursed. Thank God, yes it takes effort but when you start seeing it, and keeping it before the midst of your eyes, and then confessing Gods Word instead of what your physical senses are telling you, you will enter into a higher realm of reality. Spiritual reality will change the physical reality. Some people say I cant say something is a certain way if I cant see it, Jesus said you could in Mark 1123 & 24 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, `Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will come to pass, he will have whatever he says. 24 Therefore I say unto you, All things whatsoever ye pray and ask for, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. Jesus said you would have them, he didnt say you were to believe that you already have them, He said you are to believe that you have received them, then you shall have them. That is Gods Word we can stand on, it is more sure than the realities of this natural world. Jesus went on to say later in Mark Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. (Mark 1331) Gods Word is a sure thing, we must come to the point where we can have confidence in it. That only happens when we spend time and put effort into receiving the Word of God. Romans 1017 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Faith doesnt come any other way. So once we get into the Word and we find the promises of God, we must be diligent in what we do. We must constantly affirm the Word of God over what the circumstances of this natural world are screaming at us. This is not always easy, anybody who said it was easy never had to go through a great trial, but the more you do it, the more the reality of Gods Word will get settled in your heart. What did Proverbs say, keep them in the midst of your heart, for they are life to those who find them and health to all our flesh. This is how you keep them in the midst of your heart, by constantly affirming the truth of Gods Word regardless of what the circumstances of life are saying. Kick start your faith and begin to confess I abide in your Words, your Words abide in me, I believe I receive the answer to my petition, and I thank you Lord for it. Thank Him for your healing, thank him for your deliverance, thank Him for soundness of mind, thank Him for financial prosperity. Begin to see yourself with the answer to your request, after all, if you have believed that you have received it, you are not going to go around moaning and complaining about your problem, you have faith in your heart and the Word of God to stand on. It is alive and abides forever, and you will not fail if you stay steadfast in it, and be consistent. This takes discipline, and many give up before the actual manifestation comes, but get your eyes off the manifestation and onto the Word. Remember, Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart, for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh. I would like to encourage you to get actively get involved in the Word of God, and not be a hearer only. Start acting on the Word. Just act as if Gods Word were true, put God to the test. If you have never received Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord I would like to introduce you to Him. All you have to do is earnestly pray this prayer. Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. Your word says, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. (Jn.637), So I know You wont cast me out, but You take me in, And I thank you for it. You said in your Word, whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Ro. 1013). I am calling on Your name, So I know You have saved me now, You also said, that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes to righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. (Ro.109,10). I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I believe He was raised from the dead for my justification. And I confess Him now as my Lord, Because Your Word says, with the heart one believes to righteousness and I do believe with my heart, I have now become the righteousness of God in Christ. (2 Cor. 521), And I am saved! Thank You, Lord! I can now truthfully say, I see myself as a born again child of God! Glory to God!!!! Amen. I was raised Catholic, and was born again at the age of 17. I received God’s call into ministry at the age of 19 and began to prepare for ministry. I graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1979. The Lord has called me to teach. My desire is to help all that are seeking to come into a deeper understanding of what God has done for us through Christ Jesus and I have started a web site for this purpose called The Olive Branch; Please visit us for more free studies and resources to help you on your journey. Your Las Vegas Wedding Doesn’t Have to Look Cheap Even If It Is!

By Mandy Fain One of the reasons that Las Vegas weddings became so popular in the first place was that they were very easy and very cheap. With all the extravagance of the glittery city that Las Vegas has become this is not always the case anymore. Many people now spend just as much on a Vegas wedding as they would on a full blown wedding anywhere else. Las Vegas wedding cheap is still very plausible however. For those who want the good old fashioned Las Vegas bargain wedding there are still a lot of ways to get married without having to max all the credit cards and take out a second mortgage on the house. While being very fiscally responsible and budget friendly, your Vegas wedding can still look very good and here are a few things to consider when planning your budget wedding. Especially if you are not bringing all your friends and relatives to Vegas with you, you can really get away with a lot. The photos you take home with you can show off your great wedding that looks a lot pricier than it was. It was actually Las Vegas wedding cheap. The first thing you should know is that Las Vegas has some great wedding gown rental places. This is a fantastic way to get an expensive look without the exorbitant price of a gown. Not only can you look stunning for your wedding day by you dont have to worry about how pay off the credit card that is still hurting from the dress you will never wear again. Tuxedo rentals are abundant in Vegas as well, so whatever style or size is needed will very, very likely be available and Las Vegas wedding cheap. Another very budget conscious trick can be to select a wedding chapel that is elegantly decorated already. You dont have to buy any decorations at all! This is easily done in Vegas and is Las Vegas wedding cheap. The next part of this strategy is to make sure that your wedding photos are well done. You may want to spend a little more on photography than you would initially think of spending when on a budget. The reason for this is simple. Since you are all dressed up in fantastic rented wedding clothes, this is the time to get gorgeous pictures of you in the elegantly decorated chapel. Same Day Payday Loans in the UK

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Al_Falaq_Arsendatama]Al Falaq Arsendatama Same day payday loans in the UK are small loans that you can apply for and will be sanctioned in less than 24 hours. You have to repay the loan by your next pay roll. It is fast and easy cash with just a click away. You simply have to log on to the website of a vendor, fill up the online application form and you will get the money the same day. The loan amount is generally between 100 and 1000 or more in that you have up to 14 days to make the repayment. This form of loan is very popular across the world. In UK too there are multiple vendors who provide this same service. Fast Cash Advance Payday loans are a form of cash advance where you do not need a lot of paperwork to apply for quick cash. In many situations in your life you come across an unexpected need for money. In such a situation, you ordinarily can borrow money from your closest friends or relatives. However, if it is the end of the month, chances are that even they might be finding themselves short of money. So what do you do in such a situation? In such a situation a fast cash advance loan is your only best option. Easy to apply and easy to get, hassle free and tension free. Apply and repay at the next payday. Payday Loan Repayment Payday loan repayment is just as easy as its application. When you apply for a payday loan you have to supply the lender with your bank details so they can direct deposit the money to you. When the loan is due, after usually 14 days, they will automatically withdraw the payment out of your bank account, including the interest fee. If you think you cannot make the repayment on the due date, you should advise the lender and request for an extension. You may have many other commitments in the coming month as well. Hence, it is extremely important that the lender feels that you can repay the loan amount without putting too much stress on yourself. Therefore, only apply for a payday loan that you can repay easily. Online Payday Loan Most lenders in UK charge a flat 20% to 25% charge on loans. It means an additional 20 for every 100 that you borrow. There are many sites which provide fast easy cash advance loans online in UK. You can visit each of these lenders individually and compare their quotes. You may not find much of a difference in the quotes or services. Just check their integrity towards their business. It certainly helps if you are dealing with someone who knows their business. What is Experience Anyway?

By Nan S. Russell I learned in first grade that one plus one equals two. But, that’s not the right equation when counting work experience. We often think we’re building experience to help us get ahead. In reality, we’re passing time. Ten years working like a cloned Bill Murray in Groundhog Day is not ten years worth of experience. Doing the same thing again and again yields an experience formula more like: ten times one equals one. I used to equate years of work with years of experience. No more. I learned by making plenty of hiring and promotion mistakes in twenty years of management the two are not equal. Neither are years of work and performance. Doing something for five, ten or twenty years doesn’t make you automatically five, ten or twenty years better than when you started. I’ve been cooking for thirty years but I remain a mediocre cook. Two or three years involved with a business start-up or a new project might provide more growth and knowledge than ten years in a stable venue. And it might not. Gaining experience is more about you and your approach than anything else. Recurring work events can be predictable, boring, and unchallenging ways of passing years at work if what you’re doing is updating last year’s memo, tweaking last year’s budget, or fine-tuning last years goals without applying innovation, analysis or critical thinking. Retiring on the job is as prolific as spam and will get you as blocked as those unwanted emails. I’ve found the difference between people who are winning at working and people who aren’t, is the difference between passing another year at work and gaining another year of work experience. Those who build their experience build their futures. And, you can build experience without changing jobs. Building experience is about the depth, diversity, challenges and learning you gain by offering the best of who you are at work. It’s about seizing and creating opportunities. And it’s about continual self-improvement and constant self-feedback. You know you’re gaining experience when you problem solve your own mistakes; learn to use knowledge building blocks to handle more complex issues; make contributions more valuable than the year before; acquire new skills by venturing outside a comfort zone; embrace new ideas or technologies; or recognize you don’t know as much as you thought you did as you begin to see a bigger picture. People who try new things, push the envelope, pitch ideas, offer innovative problem solving, take accountability, and never stop learning and making a difference, are people gaining experience and building their work future. Aromatherapy Essential Oil Kit - Headache Relief Oil

By KG Stiles Whether you use aromatherapy as a stand alone or as a complementary first aid treatment there are several aromatic oils I’d like to recommend you have in your aromatic first aid kit. My recommendations include important details for you to consider when purchasing an oil, such as its Latin Name, Country of Origin, Method of Extraction and Part of the Plant Used. I also list the best oils to consider when creating a synergistic blend. PEPPERMINT ( Mentha piperita ) - Certified Organic, Steam Distilled Leaf, England and USA have wonderful distillations. Peppermint is a fluid, colorless oil with a fresh, distinctly penetrating scent. Keywords: COOL & REFRESHING - Peppermint acts as a regulator and has a relaxing or invigorating effect depending on the circumstance for which you are using it. A good blood cleanser it is both antiseptic and antibacterial! Peppermint is well known for relieving migraine type headache, as well as headache resulting from weak or poor digestive forces, congestion or sluggish circulation. It is also known to relieve nausea from motion sickness. As well as being helpful for treating acne, swollen gums, mouth thrush, or ulcers and toothache. Soak your tired feet in a foot bath with a drop or two of Peppermint (disperse oil in water by blending first with a teaspoon of honey or jojoba oil before adding to your foot bath) to relieve tired, swollen ankles and feet. Peppermint relieves congested sinus cavities, aids concentration and is good for memory retention, restorative for mental fatigue, use alone or in a blend when studying for an exam. Known to clears brain fog when fatigued Peppermint is great for keeping alert! An analgesic or pain reliever use Peppermint for relieving tummy aches, or sore, achy muscles and joints. May be used to ease a variety of skin irritations, including Poison Oak and Poison Ivy. Add a drop or two to your favorite anti-itch lotion or ointment when treating insect bites and stings. Use as a food flavoring in recipes that call for mint, or add a drop to your favorite cooling summer drink and enjoy a refreshing break in your day! Try a synergistic blend of Peppermint with any of the following aromatic oils: Basil, Black Pepper, Ginger, Orange, Marjoram and Rosemary. CAUTION: Although excellent for nausea, peppermint should be avoided during pregnancy due to its stimulating properties. Peppermint cools by constricting your blood capillaries therefore please use in extremely weak dilutions. Peppermint Oil may aggravate GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease), a type of heart burn. Please join me for my next article in this series to learn about the next essential oil I recommend you have in your Aromatherapy Essential Oil Kit - Anti-fungal and Anti-bacterial Oil. Properly administered essential oils are a natural, safe and effective way to enhance your health and well-being and can produce satisfying results where other methods have failed.
